Copyright Notice: May you use the photos on this site?

You may use photos from LightscapePhotography.net for personal use, under two conditions:

1. That you leave the image intact with the copyright and URL watermark, and
   
2. That you link the photo to http://www.LightscapePhotography.net.

Personal use is defined as any display of the image (in part or in whole) that does not directly or indirectly generate revenue for any party. For example, you may display a photo as wallpaper on your computer's desktop, or on your personal homepage for decorative purposes, but you may not put the photo on a business' website.
