Peters' exclusive intellectual property and are protected under United States and international copyright laws, specifically the Copyright Act of 1976 and subsequent amendments and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works (1971). In the event that you infringe Rory D. Peters' copyright, you will be notified and invoiced at least triple his regular fee and/or prosecuted for copyright infringement in U.S. Federal Court where you will be subject to a fine of One Hundred Fifty Thousand (150,000.00) U.S. Dollars statutory damages per image as well as all court costs and attorney's fees.
